   As an Associate Data Scientist at Pfizer, I have been instrumental in transforming complex clinical and patient-level data into actionable insights through advanced programming and AI-driven solutions. My work involves building scalable automation tools and integrating machine learning and NLP techniques into clinical data workflows to optimize processes and enhance data quality. I led the development of AutoLoT, an innovative NLP-based automation framework that significantly reduced manual effort in generating Lists of Tables (LoTs) aligned with Statistical Analysis Plans, and automated metadata and SDTM issue resolution workflows using Python—cutting down review times by over 60%. I played a key role in transitioning our analytics environment into SIGMA, Pfizer’s cloud-based platform, embedding AI/ML models into cross-functional data pipelines and improving operational efficiency by up to 50%. My responsibilities also include drafting dataset specifications, producing and validating ADaM datasets and TLFs using SAS, and ensuring regulatory compliance via Pinnacle21 validations.
