Led the implementation of Process Safety across JSW Group, providing guidance to integrated steel plants, energy, cement, and paints businesses for effective process safety management. • Developed Group Standards for Process Safety Management and ensured their implementation at respective business units.• Facilitated and supported sites in achieving British Safety Council 5 Star ratings, resulting in three sites being awarded the Sword of Honour. • Monitored, measured, and reported on Group Health & Safety performance for over 50 sites in India and overseas. • Utilized statistical analysis outcomes to identify and launch targeted safety campaigns for the Group. • Prepared and tracked the Group\'s Annual Business Plan. • Reviewed and updated Group Health & Safety Standards.• Managed Group audit governance performance and tracking.• Represented the JSW Group Health & Safety team at prestigious global platforms such as CII, World Steel Association, CCPS, NSE, and more. • Carried out Safety Perception Surveys and well-being initiatives for sites aspiring to achieve the British Safety 5 Star assessment. • Acted as a Group facilitator for the British Safety Council 5 Star journey at Steel, Energy, and Paints sites.
