Advancing equitable, high-quality care in underserved communities has shaped my leadership journey. As Division Chief of Neurology at Kingman Regional Medical Center, I created a full-service neurology program, introducing around-the-clock telestroke support, on-site neurodiagnostics, and streamlined stroke pathways, which dramatically reduced patient transfers and expanded access for a vast rural region.My influence spans hospital policy and performance. I chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, modernize governance as Chair of Bylaws and Vice Chair of Credentials, and serve as Physician Advisor for utilization management. These roles allow me to align evidence-based practice with fiscal responsibility, strengthen peer review, and accelerate physician integration, work honored through a recent Physician of the Year award.Academic rigor underpins my strategic approach. A Master of Legal Studies in Health Law equips me to navigate regulation, while an MBA in progress at UCLA Anderson sharpens my expertise in finance, operations, and change leadership. This blend of clinical, legal, and business insight drives sustainable innovation across service lines.I am now pursuing a system-level role, Chief Medical Officer or equivalent, where ethical leadership, physician engagement, and technology-enabled care models can transform outcomes at scale.
