Client Delivery Implementations : Axis Bharat Bank, Mahindra and BTPN (International)Key Achievements: Earned the Credable Accolade Award within a concise 9 months period by overhauling the production defect capture process and reverse engineering root causes, cutting defect density by 65% in 2 months and reducing defect MTTR by 40%. Capitalized test automation to save 2 hours daily on ad hoc test data creation for WireMock testing, cutting regression cycle time by 3 days and reducing daily smoke test TAT by 1 hour.
