I am currently an Associate Researcher at NRI Consulting & Solutions India. I work on strategic research and policy advisory assignments for Japanese government ministries and multinational corporations, supporting evidence-based decision-making across regulatory, industrial, and market domains.My work involves quantitative analysis, report creation, international benchmarking, and regulatory research across sectors and geographies. I analyze datasets, policy frameworks, and market developments to understand how institutional and regulatory structures influence industry dynamics and policy design. This includes comparing regulatory models across countries, assessing industry/market trends, and generating structured insights to support both government policy discussions and corporate strategy.My portfolio has included engagements supporting Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), as well as private-sector clients such as Ajinomoto-Maruchan and Toyota Tsusho Systems, alongside ongoing collaborations with NRI’s headquarters in Tokyo.I have contributed to cross-border regulatory studies and industrial policy research initiatives requiring detailed economic modelling, stakeholder engagement, and structured international comparisons.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from the University of Delhi, where I served as Vice President of the Economics Association at Sri Venkateswara College. I am currently preparing for the N3 examination.
