   Responsibilities: Procures direct materials following plant and corporate regulations (SCM) and utilizing all digital tools available for SCM for maximized efficiency. Understanding material requirements and processes requisitions to provide POs to suppliers. Works closely with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of material to plant. Maintaining inventory levels of materials in accordance with the objectives set and works with inputs from inventory analysts and network schedulers for optimized inventory level. Over buy – under buy analysis ensuring any excess inventory. Maintains relevant purchasing data and other purchasing data (e.g, unit price change, supplier lead time, MOQ, EOQ, single/ dual sourced, and so on) in collaboration with ERP Health and Commodity team. Collaborate with materials management and buying teams to update LTs and stocking levels to ensure uninterrupted supply.
