   As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Bhanzu, I support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. I screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers. I maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, while keeping our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date. I also assist in drafting and posting job advertisements, contribute to employer branding initiatives, conduct reference checks, and analyze recruitment data to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Additionally, I provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the TA team.
