I continue in a leadership role post-acquisition, overseeing GTM execution, strategic partnerships, and product-led growth across CedCommerce’s multichannel commerce apps.Key Responsibilities & Achievements- Leading Amazon Developer Partnership and acting as CedCommerce’s primary GTM liaison with Amazon’s engineering and partnerships teams- Owning product strategy for CedCommerce’s major Shopify apps, including the Amazon Channel, MCF Connector, Shein, and TikTok Shop, enabling merchants to sync listings, inventory, and orders across marketplaces- Developing SOPs and onboarding workflows that accelerated merchant activation and enabled upsell/cross-sell across Amazon, MCF, and Shein channels- Building and scaling audit dashboards using Slack, Zoho CRM, and Google Sheets to track seller behaviour, product adoption, and revenue-driving activities- Relaunching MCF Connector app with updated constraints handling and GTM messaging, boosting merchant adoption post-acquisition- Maintaining leadership continuity through CedCommerce’s transition to Threecolts by realigning cross-functional roadmaps across Product, CS, and BD teams.
