Job Responsibilities:•To get the requirement from US clients.•Creation of detailed job description.•Sourcing of best relevant resume from company database or using online search engines like dice,monster and corp to corp.•To screen the consultant\'s resume according to the project requirement.•After screening, to get all the details of consultant like visa status, full name, SSN, contact details, skype-id etc via e-mail.•To discuss the rate with the consultant if visa status of consultant is W2 and 1099 and with the employer in the case of corp to crop.•To submit the resume to the client.
