In CMS, I worked as an L2 Remote support engineer and performed below tasks:1) OS Installation and Account Management with Active Directory2) Symantec Database Management and Application Installation along with Troubleshooting.I believe there is always something to learn and with Cybersecurity\'s rapid pace, there’s always something new.
