My work focuses on optimizing compound management workflows and ensuring precision, efficiency, and data integrity across all stages of the process.Key responsibilities:• Prepare follow-up plates for biological assays based on screening results• Perform serial dilutions and compound transfers using advanced automation systems• Create assay-ready plates utilizing acoustic dispensers (Echo) and liquid handlers (Biomek i7, Access systems, Perkin Elmer JANUS)• Manage and maintain compound inventory for a collection exceeding one million samples• Support workflow optimization and process improvement efforts to enhance throughput and reproducibility• Handle equipment, software, and hardware troubleshooting, including resolving errors and performance issues in tube auditing systems and automated sample stores (e.g, Azenta Life Sciences)
