LTD, Bangalore since FEB 2015 – TILL NOW:\\\\n\\\\nHandling and Leading REGISTER FILE activities for Processor group in India- Designs, develops, tests, and delivers offerings for Power(P) & Z Processor, register file activities using the latest technologies. This role does design and layout of complex VLSI circuits using graphic editing tools. A major portion of the job is in creation of new physical design data from concepts, partial schematics, or a working knowledge of overall requirements. Responsibilities include checking the design integrity with respect to semiconductor ground rules and the logical function of the circuit. Symbolic circuit data (schematics) are converted to physical shapes which represent the semiconductor process. The role ranges from manual shapes and checking tool manipulations to extended team coordination and methodology creation.\\\\nAt IBM,(MEMORY GROUP)- Worked on 14nm SOI-FinFETS and 7nm & 5nm Bulk Fin FETS. My responsibilities include RF, Cache & CAM Macros (memory-cuts), area reduction of custom cuts, solving extraction issues, EM & IR drop analysis, converting single port to dual port custom memory along-with all the verifications such as timing, slew, slack and hot-electron etc. analysis at lower nodes.\\\\n\\\\nAt IBM,(ANALOG GROUP)- Worked on 14nm and 7nm IOT layouts activities (sensors and transceiver). My responsibilities include for Optimizing the hardware, Reduce Power Consumption and Area. Solving Extraction Issues at 14nm & 7nm; EM & IR drop analysis.\\\\n\\\\nAt IBM,(PHYSICAL DESIGN(PD) GROUP)- Worked on 14nm and 7nm Physical Design activities, analysis, and verification work. The design was highly congested with lot of cross talks. The following were the primary roles carried out.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
