ABOUT ABHINANDAN GOPAL

I cook delicious stories(non-fiction and fiction) and would be happy to serve them to the right person/platform. I enjoy writing, podcasting and making short movies. I also contribute to social awareness regularly, raising the voice of those who are unheard, and talking about children\'s education and rights. You\'ll find me sitting beside a river in the evening.#Beginning There has always been a spark in my heart for good content. Writing has improved my ability to think, analyse, and learn new things quickly. At the age of 10, I helped in transforming the sophisticated language of the National Children Policy into an easy to understand language. At the age of 12, I became part of the editorial team of a Children\'s Magazine, and have written numerous stories, poetry, and editorial essays for it.#Short Movies During my teenage years, I discovered a new way to interact with the world: short films. I represented my state at the International Children Film Festival( the golden elephant). At the National Science Film Festival, we created a short film that received a Jury Award. I wrote a four-day diary of a youngster who was trapped in a flood without food or water, and I made a short documentary on it that received several special jury awards.#Social Work I\'ve participated in Unicef, Dasra, Purpose, and Voices of Youth social campaigns, and I\'ve led a group of teenagers as a Yuva leader, engaging to change through audio, video, and written content. We currently run a forum of young people, who work on child rights, mental and sexual education, period poverty and every #MUDDA which affects adolescents. Content Industry I worked in one of the top content writing agencies for 8 months, getting in-depth expertise in the industry. It polished and enhanced my writing skills. I learned to meet deadlines, creating content which hooks anybody from the first line, making it easy to grasp and relatable for readers and listeners.#Pratilipi Working on different stories and transforming them into comics. I get the freedom of creativity, high ownership and responsibility, which grooms my personality every day. My role requires a high responsibility for each comic project under me. The best part is that I\'m always learning, executing a few projects in a way that ensures user success while also experimenting with a few projects to discover new ways of success.
