Have isolated, identified and sequenced more than 70 species of pathogenic fungi (>400 isolates) and 40 species of bacteria (>200 isolates) and submitted their gene sequence to the NCBI database. I have also worked on Antibiotic-Antifungal resistance, Gene transfers, Quorum sensing, HPLC, MALDI-TOF, Hybridization, meat and milk samples to analyze their microbiological limit, chemical residue, CFU, etc.
