I’m a digital product designer with 15+ years of experience leading teams, shaping design strategy, and delivering accessible, usable, and scalable products. My focus areas are accessibility, interaction design, and design systems, and I’ve worked across industries to improve both user and business outcomes.I combine hands-on design expertise with leadership experience - guiding designers, collaborating with product and engineering, and aligning design with strategy. My toolkit includes design thinking, user research, and design systems, strengthened by a certification in Innovation of Products and Services: MIT’s Approach to Design Thinking from MIT Sloan.Outside of work, I co‑host two podcasts.
