My research focuses on the relationship between Technology Business Incubators and Incubatees, aiming to identify effective strategies for startup growth and sustainability.As the Member-Convener of the Startups and Entrepreneurship Development Cell at Amity University Punjab, I actively engage with industry stakeholders to promote entrepreneurship education and innovation.
