About Abhimanyu Bizelwan
Abhimanyu has over a decade of experience driving transformation in the textiles & apparel ecosystem through consulting engagements with government and industry. In PwC, he is leading a project for strategic revamp and market repositioning for Jharkraft under the Government of Jharkhand, focusing on strengthening artisan led value chains and go to market strategy. His previous journey includes working with Government of India, notably Ministry of Textiles (curating knowledge sessions at Bharat Tex 2024) and DPIIT – Ministry of Commerce & Industry (through the SCALE RAPiD Unit), as well as with State Governments such as Government of Chhattisgarh on service‑sector investment promotion and Government of Maharashtra (MIDC) on investment promotion in the textiles and apparel sector, with significant contributions to PM MITRA Park initiatives. He has also played a pivotal role in a project for developing the Trade Roadmap for India’s Man‑Made and Technical Textiles export strategy for a textiles export promotion council.In the private sector, Abhimanyu has worked with Raymond, Technopak Advisors and OCM Suitings, in retail strategy, product innovation and manufacturing excellence. He combines technical expertise and business acumen with strategic foresight to build ecosystems that strengthen India’s global textile leadership.
