I am currently working with Proctor and Gamble as a Senior Manager, Product Supply function - Gillette BU. I lead a team of over 90 people; driving NOS and Profits for P&G via reliable manufacturing processes. I started my career within P&G as Manager, PS in Babycare BU.I have prior experience in Sales; while working with Rivigo in the capacity of Cluster Business Manager. Key Responsibilities:Managing P&L for 100+ Corporate & SME clients in Mumbai Cluster and having complete ownership of lead generation, funnel management and SLA Management. Leading a team of 3 BDMsI completed my MBA in International Business from IIFT, wherein I was elected as a member of the Corporate Relations and Placements Committee along with 12 others. I interacted with Business Heads and Talent Acquisition teams of over 100 companies to strengthen their relationship with IIFT.Prior to this, I worked in BASF India Ltd as Executive, Development & Application Technology, Care Chemicals division wherein I was part of the technical services and industry marketing team.I was given an added role as \"Quicklead\" Coordinator wherein I was responsible in managing cross BU leads. I graduated as an Oils, Oleochemicals & Surfactants Technologist from ICT Mumbai in June 2014 where apart from enhancing my technical skills, I worked as the Music Club Secretary and Member of the Technological Association.In my free time, I like to compose music, go for off road biking trips and enjoy trekking.Prior to joining IIFT, I was involved with an NGO called Songbound, wherein I taught music to underprivileged kids and led a choir of 25 kids. We performed with Grammy Award winner Mr Kevin Fox
