With more than 10 years of experience as a corporate counsel, I have a strong background in business law, commercial negotiations, litigation, and cross-functional collaboration. I have worked with global companies such as Accenture and Novo Nordisk, where I handled complex and diverse legal and compliance matters, ranging from contracts, disputes, regulatory affairs, anti-corruption, data privacy, and intellectual property.
