The CSR arm is actively involved in multiple CSR initiatives across various states & through such programs has touched many lives The broader themes for the CSR interventions are Health, Education, Environment and Livelihood (HEEL).Roles Managing the project Smile Please, the flagship programme of Muthoot Pappachan Foundation; providing free cleft lip and palate surgeries to patients with poor financial background across patients received successful surgeries through this programme). Coordinating Treatment Support, a project proving support to patients with severe ailments. Managing interactive web portal for voluntary blood donation, Muthoot Life Blood Directory the request from branches for health care support for fund disbursement, monitoring support to the social development programmes initiated by the Company under its CSR activities like Educational sponsorship, livelihood support etc & Reporting and Documentation of the CSR activities.
