As a Software Research Scientist at Intel, my work involves a variety of projects aimed at analyzing and predicting complex thermo-mechanical reliability risks in silicon devices throughout their fabrication, assembly and packaging.My roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to - Develop finite element-based models to analyze \\ & predict thermo-mechanical related risks in Silicon during assembly, and from chip-package (CPI) interactions, in FCBGA, FCCSP, and advanced packages such as Foveros/Foveros-Direct- Develop finite element-based modeling methodologies to predict the warpage of a wafer and die throughout the semiconductor manufacturing flow.
