I am currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Information Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I have previously worked in Samsung Research Institute(Noida) for 25 months in telecommunications and software industry. My primary responsibility was to deliver the commercial launch of Voice over WIFI for telecom operators. I was also responsible to handle over 400 issues in live Volte and Vo-WIFI network for over 30 operators to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I did my Bachelor of Technology in Computers Science from IIT ISM Dhanbad. I held the position of responsibility as an Event head and published an analytics research paper in international conference. I have been an academic topper for 12 consecutive years during school. I am a music and art enthusiast and play keyboard in my free time. I create sketches and paint and I have a blog on Behance. I am versatile, creative, an empathetic individual and I believe in learning for life.
