I am passionate about drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of Commercial Contracts such as Master Services Agreements, License Agreements, Software As A Service Agreement, IT Staffing and Work Made For Hire Agreements, Lease Agreements, in order to minimize the business risk and minimise the possibility of business disputes in the future.
