Design and release prototype low voltage wiring harnesses layouts, Cutsheets, 3D/2D drawings and identifying and helping in procuring components for harness reworks. • Provide wiring for CAN and LIN architecture communication between the different modules. • Build detailed harness BOM, Connector pinout sheets, Napkin Diagrams for modules and Schematics and work with Prototype Build Engineering to coordinate build requests.• Support the Prototype Build Engineering team daily with wiring issues, reworks, debugging and account for any electrical changes to the program content during build.• Lead any design change decisions on the Vehicle and provide step by step procedures to update the wiring. • Create CAD drawings and markups for the suppliers based on the 3D models in terms of clipping points, splice locations, branch takeouts and any edits to a donor harness.
