Working with the Universal Master Catalog squad to manage the catalog for storing content required to display products and content on the IBM marketplace. Create REST API’s endpoints manipulating and consuming data from the catalog and enabling other micro services to use the catalog data via API’s. Also responsible for creating task runners using RabbitMQ to extract data from various sources and store that into the catalog. Keeps data in the catalog as fresh as possible. Also built a Angular app to visualize the entire content in the catalog.Additionally also part of the Platform Engineering squad which focuses on providing infrastructure as code. Working on writing terraform scripts to automate the configuration of resources required for applications to run for the Commerce Platform department.
