Centogene (Nasdaq: CNTG) is the essential life science partner for data-driven answers in rare and neurodegenerative diseases. The company is headquartered in Rostock, Germany, with other locations in Boston, MA, Berlin, Germany, and Rotkreuz, Switzerland. I am currently responsible for SEC related quarterly (6K) and annual (20F) external financial reporting for the organisation\'s NASDAQ related reporting requirements. Responsible for the 5 year business plan, annual budget, cost controlling, Executive Business reviews, various operational and commercial reporting supporting the steering of the business. I ensure our financial statements are prepared in accordance with IFRS and SEC regulations as well as being responsible for complex IFRS financial reporting transactions. I support the overall Group\'s compliance in maintaining effective internal controls relating to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements as well as having responsibility for compliance with capital market regulations in Germany and in the USA for financial reports (SEC) as well as audits conducted under PCAOB requirements.
