Analysing process piping lines of up to 24\" dia. Piping connected to equipments such as Distillation columns, pumps, MS tanks, FRP tanks, Shell and tube heat exchangers, Stacked exchangers, Horizontal vessels, Air coolers, Fired Heater, Furnace, Flare stacks, Boiler, Oxidisers, Pressure safety valves, Plate type exchangers etc.The projects were mainly Hydro-cracking, Catalytic reforming, Boiler replacement, Renewable Diesel generation.Experience with ETO equipments. Passing on information to mechanical department at progressive stages of design.Well versed in ASME piping codes along with ASME BPVC, API, ANSI standards. Experience included active usage of REP, PIP, EP and shell DEP standards for design.Softwares known :Skilled in CAESAR II, SP3D, and Navisworks, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Microsoft office.
