During my journey from apprenticeship to leadership, I\'ve invested myself in solving case studies of corporate & wholesale credit, business cycle & supply chain credit, asset backed credit, sub prime credit, economies & diseconomies of scale, risk mitigation & risk sharing, raising & deployment or funds, optimisation of treasury, maximization of risk-adjusted returns, change management & business continuity, financial inclusion & social capital. I have played leadership roles in Finance, Treasury, Debt Raise, Risk Management, Compliances, Growth Strategy, and Investor Relations.I currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Dvara KGFS, a middle layer NBFC registered with the RBI. Dvara KGFS is on a mission to maximize the financial well-being of every individual and every enterprise by providing complete access to financial services in rural India. Today it is touching the lives of millions of rural households, and its ambition is to take it to the next billion!In earlier assignments, I have served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chaitanya Microfinance, another middle layer NBFC, and prior to that I had held leadership stints in Risk Management and Credit in Chaitanya Microfinance, SREI Equipment Finance, and Axis Bank.
