I’m an engineer who realised that while I enjoyed coding, what truly excited me was understanding people — how they think, what motivates them, and how the right environment can help them grow. That curiosity led me into Talent Acquisition and eventually toward a deeper interest in HR, people management, and behavioural science. In recruitment, I’ve learned how candidates make decisions, what creates trust, and how communication shapes the hiring experience. I bring the structured, analytical mindset of an engineer into people functions, combining data with empathy to solve talent and culture problems in a thoughtful, human way.I’m now expanding my path toward HR analytics, organisational behaviour, and people strategy.
