   Chainalytics, part of NTT Data Company, is a global leader in supply chain consulting, analytics, and market intelligence. As a Business Consultant, I had the exciting opportunity to work on two impactful projects that involved optimising inventory and supply planning for prominent companies.1. For a leading Indian MNC, I collaborated with the Integrated Demand and Supply Planning Team to implement Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization using Toolgroups’ SO99+. I engaged directly with the client to extract and preprocess data from their ERP system using SQL and recreated the network model and defined essential Supply and Demand parameters on SQL, as input to the tool. I then analysed the results and delivered a compelling presentation to the client, showcasing the potential improvements in their inventory management.2. Another rewarding project involved Supply Planning Optimization for a European MNC with revenue exceeding $10 billion, utilizing o9 Solutions’ Supply Chain Solver. My responsibilities included gathering crucial data and configuring different modules to ensure a smooth optimisation process. At various stages, such as Demand Netting, Demand Prioritization, and Solver Output, I effectively presented the output to stakeholders, highlighting the benefits of our proposed solutions. Additionally, we created intuitive and user-friendly dashboards within the o9 Solutions tool, enhancing the overall user experience for end-users.These experiences allowed me to immerse myself in Supply Chain Planning, applying my analytical and communication skills to drive positive client outcomes.
