   PayNearby is a B2B2C fintech company making banking & digital services available in Bharat through its network of over 10 lakh retailers and micro entrepreneurs.I have had the opportunity to lead and implement diverse programs as well as pilot a few to discover the product-market fit-Managing a B2B ecommerce marketplace and assisted commerce business generating a GMV of INR 20 Crore with over paid subscribers-Leading a micro entrepreneurship program for Self Help Group(SHG) women in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Transactions of over INR 1,500 Cr have been done till date by the women paving the way for a larger Digital Naari program-Managing the hyperlocal ecomm marketplace called BuyNearby with operations in Mumbai and Chennai-Leading the program which enabled retailers to get NSDC certified in partnership with the Retailers Association Skill Council of India(RASCI)-Other programs - assisted in the early days of building the cash collection which has grown to a crore monthly GMV business, launch of farmer producer organizations (FPO’s) as banking touchpoint program, piloting a job portal and e-health services through retail touchpoints in rural markets.
