Created and analyzed propulsion system efficiency maps, including BSFC, engine/motor operation plots and battery operation profiles. Developed and calibrated 1D engine models in GT-SUITE for a 4-cylinder WG turbocharged diesel engine with EGR, including burn rate calculation and NOx optimization. Optimized BEV thermal management systems using GT-SUITE by tuning airflow, coolant flow rates, and heat exchanger design for components like MCU, inverter, motor, and OBC.
