About Abhijit Chirde

I’m a product designer working across enterprise and digital product. A large part of my work involves UX Design for complex systems. I enjoy working on how systems, flows, and decisions come together for users and the business.Over the last 8+ years, I’ve worked on enterprise tools, ecommerce journeys, mobile products, and fintech platforms, partnering closely with product management and engineering. This has involved interaction design, UX research, and product discovery to understand how users move through large, connected systems.Much of my work has been with teams building products that evolve over time. These are often multi-team, multi-system platforms, where early structural choices shape everything that follows. I work through how features connect, how decisions compound, and where complexity leaks into the user experience.Some examples of the kind of work I’ve been involved in: Sky (UK and Europe): Worked on user journeys spanning TV, broadband, and mobile services used by millions of customers every day. Tata Nexarc (B2B platform): Designed the end-to-end product journey for the EarlyPay supply chain financing platform, supporting faster access to working capital. Also contributed to multiple platform modules used by thousands of businesses across India. Yes Bank (enterprise tools): Worked on the product design of internal tools used by thousands of associates across regions, supporting more efficient and reliable day-to-day workflows. Facebook (connectivity infrastructure): Contributed to UX Research, Interaction Design, and experimentation for connectivity initiatives in emerging markets, helping teams explore and validate system-level approaches. Early-stage teams (0 to 1): Worked with founders and engineering teams early to shape products from the ground up, spanning product discovery, core flows, and user validation as ideas turned into real systems.Across this work, a large part of my contribution has been around how products are structured as connected systems.    Led system-level product design work for Sky’s digital platforms, spanning end-to-end journeys and localized design experiments, improving conversion and engagement across high-traffic consumer journeys.Key results:• Led product design for Sky TV journeys used by millions of customers across the UK and Europe, including Sky Glass purchase flows that drove a ~10% increase in CVR• Part of Sky’s long-running CRO program, contributing product design and usability research across multiple experiments to support incremental conversion and revenue gains• Contributed to product work across Sky TV, Mobile, Broadband, and Protect, applying consistent system and journey thinking across business lines• Partnered with research, product, and engineering teams across regions to ship multi-platform experiences at scaleMethods:• System-level journey mapping and early discovery to align teams, reduce ambiguity, and support confident product decisions (upstream)• Ongoing usability research and synthesis, including unmoderated remote testing, to validate assumptions and guide iteration (downstream)
