Being a Principal I am responsible for establishing an ideal institute by promoting the various activities at the State or national or International level. Established various cell for students benefit like: Career Guidance Cell, Placement Cell, Entrepreneurship Development Cell for students of Engineering, MCA and C-DAC. Organized HR Meet, Alumni Meet, Parent Teacher Meet, Student Chapter, Workshop, Faculty Development Program, Short Term Training Program at Pune and Mumbai. Make the teaching and research more student-centric by incorporating the suggestions of students from time to time through a well-developed feedback mechanism. Promote the “Academia-Industry Interface” for augmenting employment opportunities for the students /scholars. Motivated faculties for Ph.D. completion, Research Publications, Research Proposals. Prepare students with relevant knowledge, competence and creativity to face future challenges. With this experience I will improve the performance of students, Strengthening Industry-Institute linkages with the help of Alumni network by starting separate Alumni Portal and improve student’s placement of constituent institutes.As I am having experience of working with statutory bodies such as Board of Studies, Academic Council, AICTE, DTE, ARA, FRA, Mumbai University and Pune University. As a campus director I will help in compliance and regulatory requirements. I am techno-savvy, presently managing ERP Software, NBA Software and Alumni Software at MET Institute of Computer Science also open towards upcoming IT technology. With the potential application in a knowledge based setting and reasonably high level comfort in the use of technology I will introduce concept of digital campus. For the improving MCA admission at MET ICS I conducted series of CET workshops, active socially through Telegram Group and reached thousands of students every year.
