Managing the relationship across bank stakeholders and Wipro account management. Responsible for adherence of different service levels SLAs and team productive parameters. Apart from managing offshore, part of core consulting team for multiple CTB transformation programs: Kondor to Calypso Migration, Bilateral Initial Margin (BCBS/IOSCO) implementation in Calypso Collateral Module, Calypso v14 to v16 upgrade.Lead Consultant and Transition Assurance Management, Calypso Greenfield Implementation, Allied Irish Bank, DublinLead the Wipro team to manage transition assurance for front to back implementation of Calypso v14 for AIB Corporate Treasury Services. The primary objective of the program was to replace the legacy Treasury Platform of Opics and to simplify AIB Treasury Architecture by decommissioning Opics satellite systems and replacing satellite system functionality with capability already inherent on the Calypso platform. This also involved migration of ALGO TLM to Calypso Collateral Management module. Lead the Wipro team, which was involved in requirement elicitation, legacy transition assurance, migration rollout, core Calypso configuration of different modules, customization, system integration (interface build) and QA (System Validation Testing, Co-residency test, UAT Support).
