Working as an Senior BIM Coordinator with over 12 years of experience. Expertise in high-rise buildings/Steel Plants/Hospitals etc. Implementation of BIM at the organization level. Creation of project standard document i.e, strategy, Model / Sheet Validation, Digitize Quality check process, etc. Creation and maintenance of the software Template files to assure standards with the use of filters, worksets, scope box, shared parameter, Project parameter, and plan region setting, etc. Set the automation process for coordination, Schedule, Interference check, Visibility setting according to discipline/view Template, creation of sheets, Schedule, Quantity, Revision setting, and Legend, etc. Provide internal training on Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, BCF manager, and other add-ins apps in Revit. Posted in Dubai for 3 months (Ramboll). SKILLS: • Support configuration and establishment of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for Project use. • Implementation of BIM at the organization level. • Experience with British BIM Standards PAS1192, BS1192, and UK BIM standards. • Develop and maintain specific BIM software template files to assure standards compliance. • Manage and support object(s) creation and maintain libraries according to the relevant Project(s) and stage(s) as needed. • Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards. • Develop and automate routines in BIM to support standards, quality, and productivity. • Well-versed with Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Lumion, BIM360, and AutoCAD. • Manage, support, and validate project design delivery e.g, modeling, detailing scheduling, and extraction. Project setup according to BIM execution plan. • Evaluate and manage the deployment of applicable hardware and software. Provide hands-on BIM software training for projects. • Collaborate and coordinate with the Project delivery team design changes and model challenges. Prepare validation reports for milestone BIM package submissions. • Creating Revit Family, shared parameter, auto-generated Schedule. • Preparing 3D walkthrough videos for clients • Working and preparing GA drawings from Revit Model. • Working knowledge in 3D Plant Engineering.
