All of this culminates in one of the most significant milestones in my career, which would be the merger acquisition of Oravel, Workflow & weddingz—overseeing the large-scale integration of three companies in terms of HR policies, systems & procedures. Over the years as a professional, I have been delivering an outstanding employee experience & catered stability as a passionate professional and have adapted to driving performance across the team. As a human, CSR & diversity is closer to my heart. I\'m continuously striving for excellence in all strategic areas in that I play a core role in shaping high-performing cultures through designing progressive HR practices & robust employee engagement & development programs.
