I have been in professional field for 30 years and in absolutely in love with my journey so far and the journey is on. It is my previlege to work closely with some of the Industry leaders and observe learn many things. Whether it is just start of Low Horse Power business for Cummins in India, or Corporate Quality Head Role in one of the RPG group flagship companies with, then Executive Director ( Now, MD of CEAT tyres) and also best in class TPM and TQM consultants, Third party Quality service providers or It is JV start up in Mahindra Navistar where in I had become key member of MD and leadership team where in I have set up the Quality organization, Infrastructure including Metrology, Metallurgy Lab set up along with engine capability build module as well as TS16949 and ISO9001 certification, working relentlessly to reduce 3 MIS ( Months in Service) by 90 percent over the horizon of 3 years, Establishing and reducing 24 MIS PPM as well as being part of the Launch team where in achieved single digits 3 MIS PPM target within 1 year period of launch of Diesel and gasolene engines. Meanwhile, I have got opportunity to work in operations, Big Q,QA, Corporate Quality, Supplier Quality, Spares supply chain, Systems, Business Excellence, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma, SPC,Various New product launch systems, Customer and Field Support, Project Business, Handling multiple Customers including export customer, Certified assessor for the talent management and,exposure to software platforms in Oracle as well as SAP, ISO9001, TS16949, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 etc. Also, I am very positive about the fact that majority of team members with whom I have worked closely during my tenure, have scaled new highs for themselves and are in various leadership or progressive roles in the industry. My mission is to continue to create leaders and spread the Business Excellence and Big Q culture across the global orgnizations, to contributte achieving growth through my role.
