Engineering and implementing a Java/Spring Boot integration service in a greenfield Kubernetes environment to route messages from ActiveMQ to Microsoft SQL destinations, enhancing reliability and scalability• Designing and establishing a baseline of pod memory usage (requests/limits, peak usage, spike patterns) for services, optimizing resource allocation for 650MiB in QA and 1GiB in production environments• Developing a comprehensive memory profiling strategy by analyzing JVM/container memory drivers (GC behavior, heap growth, framework overhead), and engineering test cases to pinpoint root causes of memory spikes• Proposing and implementing optimization strategies (deployment/JVM tuning, service refactoring, and resource scaling) to reduce infrastructure costs and improve pod memory efficiency across multi-environment deployments
