Significant Accomplishments:The rapid development of business in Gurgaon for the company by making Gurgaon location profitable from a loss-making location. The new launch of Amarah project has created new milestones of success in the company. With the great launch of Kid Centric Homes projects in Gurgaon company could established its brand positioning in premium segment projects. Gurgaon has become No’1 location in India for Ashiana in terms of sales volume and profitability which was at bottom 4 years back. Going to launch 3rd project in the FY 2025-26.
