   Responsible for Cash, Position and Trade reconciliations – products include Equities, Fixed income products, Forex, Futures, etc. Setting up series (Swap rules) for every new TRS, portfolio and PTH swap requested by the desk and Client on boarding team. Also performing a four eye check for every new swap setup. Allocating and amending trades and processing trades to Live status in the front office system as requested or agreed with the client or the desk. Ensuring all hedge amendments has feed downstream systems. Booking Corporate Actions trades in front office system for the swap and hedge legs booked and resolving related queries from client. Monitoring exceptions, warnings and booking fails triggered in the Front office system and exception monitor Requesting FX rate from the trading desk and booking FX rate provided by the desk on the corporate actions trades or applying the same on dividend cash flow generated on the back of the swap reset and resolving related queries from client while agreeing cashflows. Approving new trade bookings and trade amendments in Front office system. Applying and approving Borrow rate, Spread and Margin override requested by the Trading desk. Sending out cash flow reports to the Client for agreement and processing cash wire for various types of Cash Movements like Reset, unwind and dividends once the cash flow is agreed by the client. Performing four eye check for all emails sent to the external client for agreeing reset, unwind or dividend cash flow and releasing the same from the draft folder. Also validating and releasing multiple domain and other emails from exception queue. Liaising with Clients, Client services and Traders for settlements of the hedge trade, pre-settlement mismatches anddiscrepancies raised by the Equity confirmation team and escalating issues whenever required. Monitoring fails and bringing issues into trader’s attention. Raising cover with the desk in case Nomura is short to deliver.
