Responsible for handling the Product Lifecycle Management issues of WCS components like Tubing Hanger, Isolation Seal Sleeve, Tubing Hanger Orientation Seal Sleeve etc. Drive and lead the efforts of product upgrades at global locations (Brazil, UK, USA and Singapore). Perform design evaluation by hand calculation, Stack up calculations to justify design improvement. Ideate new engineering modifications on legacy designs facilitating cost reduction while optimizing the designs. Provide technical justification, disposition and participate in handling of non-conformances (Internal / External). Create, review and approve engineering change orders for different products. Supports standardization products work. Support Quality team to solve queries related to lifting equipment documentation, material certificates, fastener documentation, welding documents, coating documents etc. Support other teams in concept design of new product, support in design calculations.
