About Abhijit Chunduru

Ever since my childhood I had curiosity for how the tech works and since then trying to explore various domains.I’m currently a Master’s student in Computer Science at UMass Amherst, with a focus on building scalable and practical machine learning systems. My experience spans Federated Learning, Natural Language Processing and Deep Generative Modeling, with applications in healthcare, privacy-preserving systems, and large-scale distributed environments.I’ve worked on designing federated algorithms, developing scalable ML frameworks, and tackling real-world challenges in deployment. More recently, my work has focused on security and privacy in federated learning, using approaches like Trusted Execution Environments, confidential containers, and remote attestation to enable secure, production-ready systems.My broader interests include Diffusion Models, Probabilistic ML, World Models, Reinforcement Learning Robotics, and AI alignment.
