At the age of 27, as a young leader and instructor in one of the most prestigious institutions of Defence Forces wherein I have been the guiding force, and mentor, to hundreds of officer cadets and helped shape their future by inculcating the values, ethos, discipline and training required to become young leaders who could lead soldiers in various capacities and adverse life-threatening situations. My students are doing exceedingly well in corporate, as entrepreneurs, and in def forces as well. My experience also includes advising the highest echelons of the Defence Services on procedures of Defence Procurement Procedure, monitoring capital procurement projects spanning the entire spectrum of acquisitions from weapon systems, Night vision Devices, Electronic systems, and vehicles. Have interacted at the highest level of the ministry to present analysis on ongoing projects and troubleshooting. Responsible for providing complete administration and logistic support to over officers and personnel. I drew rich experience as Chief General Service Staff 1 & General Service Staff 4 in the United Nations where my responsibilities included administration, logistics, discipline and medical support of approximately United Nations personnel in challenging terrain and political situation in a multi-national environment in the United Nations Peace Enforcement Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Led a team of over personnel involved in the most complex security apparatus both Physical & Electronic. It involved the development, safety & coordination of tangible & non-tangible assets of over personnel and physical assets of over 500 crores. Have now taken on a new challenging position with a great and challenging mix of responsibilities of logistics, HR management, administration and training. Have taken on additional responsibilities of HR management of veterans and their training and placement in their second career. Am loving it.

With over two decades at the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, my journey has been anchored in leadership and strategic procurement, shaping India\'s defense capabilities. My role as Managing Director involves steering complex security projects, ensuring the seamless integration of physical and electronic security systems, and crafting policies that have bolstered our national defenses. By leading a workforce of around we\'ve fortified infrastructure, managed critical logistics, and established a five-year developmental blueprint for urban areas, showcasing our commitment to safeguarding and enhancing community living standards.
