Worked as Operation Head for Crop Protection. Ensuring IMS implementation at the site (conduct meetings, Site Management Review, provide resources, etc.) as per the Quality policy. Interact with the corporate persons on matters of capex clearances, approvals for deviations (if any), Monitor & ensure that productions are done as per planned volumes, norms & quality all the time, by way of daily interactions. Ensure imparting of technical training and creating a good environment at the site to allow the workforce to work motivated and to reduce attrition & improve the productivity. Compliance to Regulatory/Statutory and EHS & S requirements for the site Improve Productivity by providing necessary resources, coordination, and guidance. Liaising (with peers and outside agencies) to meet business objectives. Responsible for meeting statutory and legal compliances. Ensure the Compliance of all statutory norms, GPCB norms in the plant to avoid any Major NC. Cost Saving of 4.9 Cr by improving the yield of one of the product through debottlenecking the system with capacity enhancement from 8 MT to 30 MT.
