I have been associated with Driving digital transformation in various roles across Tata Steel India across the years. I have been engaged in system development, maintenance of various Automation /IT & Manufacturing Execution Systems and across various departments of Steel Manufacturing division of Tata Steel.I have been conversant in SAP functional role specifically in SAP PP,QA and MM modules.My role has over the years further evolved into Customer relationship management, project and program management of the various digitally enabled improvement initiatives across the various divisions I have handled including steel Manufacturing, Tubes, Global Wires, Industrial By Products, Finance & Accounts. I have handled the Transformation and process improvement intiatives across Supply Chain and Tubes divisions of Tata Steel. I am majorly focused Agile digital transformation and program management of business process improvement projects having EBIDTA impact and achieving sustainability. Presently, I am responsible for driving Strategic initiatives across TSL group companies and coordination with various Tata group and external stakeholders under the guidance and mentorship of Group CIO of TSL
