Gained years of experience as a QA and Test Lead across multiple project types in different organizations like CP Rail and IBM.Some of my key career highlights include: Created a Test Strategy and delivery model for a complex project in the current role, which reduced the introduction of Urgent and Very High severity defects towards the end of the testing cycle. It reduced the defect injection rate at the regression cycle and improved the quality of the monthly release candidate. Tailored the testing process for another critical project which reduced the number of redundant test cycles at the end moment in the production environment and introduced thorough testing on the preproduction server. This allows more time to the project team to analyze and fix any defect found on final code much before the production implementation in each monthly release. Introduced automation regression in one of the most critical project which increased the test coverage from 3% to 70% and reduced the manual effort by approximately minutes in each monthly release.
