My role involves overseeing various critical aspects of data management for clinical studies. I develop, review, and maintain essential study-specific documents such as the Data Management Plan (DMP), Case Report Form (CRF), Case Report Form Completion Guideline (CCG), and others. I ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data through meticulous processes including data reconciliation, quality checks, and medical coding using MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries.My responsibilities extend to performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on database design and edit check specifications, executing data management activity checklists, and training both internal and external teams on Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, standards, and policies. I also conduct clinical data reviews to identify discrepancies, generate Data Clarification Forms (DCF), and coordinate with clinical staff forresolutions.
