Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, leading analytical characterization of large peptide complex injectables, protein purification and analytics by working with teams across 6+ organizations (within India and international). Expert in a wide array of characterization techniques: mass spectrometry techniques (HRMS, HDX-MS), chromatography (affinity, IEX, SEC, RPC, HPLC/UPLC), fluorescence spectroscopy, ligand binding (ITC, BLI/Octet), enzyme assays, protein expression, purification and quantitation.
