Community Research & Engagement Associate with hands-on experience in grassroots fieldwork, participatory research, and qualitative data collection. Completed the Abhijit Sen Rural Internship (Cohort II) at the National Foundation for India, where I conducted 213 farmer interviews across 12 villages using in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus group discussions (FGDs), and semi-structured surveys. My work involved observation-based research, community narrative and success story documentation, workshops and awareness sessions, and translating field insights into actionable research reports.Alongside field research, I bring experience in structured data analysis and reporting through my role at Funds Room Investment Services, where I supported market research, team coordination, and insight presentation using Excel, Power BI dashboards, and PowerPoint.
